Thanks for the reply, its not the electrics it works on all speeds, it barely blows out anything, my daughters micras heater works fine! so I have a comparison. its just it seems you have to take most of the dash out to reach it, I wondered if there was a quick fix.

My 2000 K11 heater is rubbish, I think maybe a flap inside is faulty, I have checked the cables and levers and all seem ok, is this a common problem? Also any links to get a new exhaust system? thanks
