just got a better price mate, £25 from a local diesel shop ,he can do it this afternoon aswell. ill stick with 1mm, last thing i want is a noisy chain

thanks for the speedy response frank . i've just got a price from an engineering shop near me, they want £60 for a 1mm skim.

what is the benefit of having 1mm skimmed of a k11 head? obviously its going to increase the compression, but what about power. will it have an effect the top speed,performance,torque and bhp ? what about valve clearance is this an issue? any advice would appreciated phil

i was told by my tutor that higher octane fuel isnt more flammable it is just more resistant to pre ignition.

can anyone tell me if the lambda sensor is earthed through the chassis/engine theres three wires on the sensor two white one black are they = two heater wires (white) and a live (black) and it earths out to chassis/engine 1 live 1 earth and 1 heater wire i ve found an earth strap under...
