Must be so frustrating for you Paul, you've been having issues with it for ages and althought it doesn't seem to be affecting power its just a nuisance I've been having fuelling issues for ages but Im lazy so thats why I've not sorted it yet, you just need some good luck for once! I know of a...

    PollyMobiles Rebuild

I'm definitely doing the gymkhana again! A hydro handbrake would be very nice, but I'll just run cheap budget tyres on the rear so it'll lock up fine with the standard h/brake :) I'll be camping the weekend too, can get your thoughts on a few things!

    PollyMobiles Rebuild

Looks like I missed a good show! Was tempted to come but was up at 4am Saturday for work and only got in at 9pm so was dead :( I need to give you the keys to my car at some point, I'm sure you'll find all the faults I have got used to and forgotten about / stuff I can't feel :) Are you doing...

    1400 rally car shenanigans

Everythings back in one piece :) Looking smart Will leave the boot and doors for now, they're still good enough - Going to be removing the stickers soon though in place for a new design, im as of yet undecided on what it will be but I liked the old blue colour/design so will try and sort...

    1400 rally car shenanigans

The donor car arrived yesterday (Whilst I was navving at Horiba D'isis stages, ta dad), so today I started stripping it down and getting the rally car looking nice again :) Took all of about half an hour to remove the front end, then took both doors, all lights and the rear boot and bumper too...

    1400 rally car shenanigans

So I've got a donor car arriving on Saturday, it's a mid facelift and isn't perfect but atleast it's panels are in one peice so that's a bonus! I'll try and repanel the car on Saturday night (in codriving at D'isis stages during the day) and if I get it done I'll cruise up to japfest :) If...

Oh you went it for the MOT with the vinyl on the lights? I'd have thought it would fail, despite the adverts saying it's legal most garages will fail it... I'm some cases, like yellow tint, they're arguably legal but I wouldn't know where yours stand.

    1400 rally car shenanigans

Nah if I want track time I do sprints, only like £100 per event :) Rallying entry fees are usually circa £220, more or less depending on the events prestige. I love the variety :)

    1400 rally car shenanigans

Well I got an hours racing Sunday which wasn't too bad - I've though about it but the costs for time attack are relatively high when I looked, and I just find rallying more fun than straight track driving tbh!

    1400 rally car shenanigans

Well, the handbrake would have been quicker than doing a three point turn to get around the stupidly tight hairpin :P All of my practice is on gravel, and as I'm an instructor at Silverstone Rally school I hope I can do a handbrake to an acceptable standard haha Edit: obviously, there's always...
