Yes it will.

You'll need the correct disks otherwise your car won't stop... Think of it like fitting tyres to wheels, if the wheels are too wide, then the tyre will not sit properly. If the wheels diameter is too small, then the tyres will fall off. Without the correct sized disks the brake pad will not bite...

Agreed GTi-R wheels barely leave room for a Rizla between the caliper and the rim. Are you sure that those BBS are 13" and the brakes GTi-R?

As in stripping it so that you can't get anything in again - the ally in the heads is very soft, if you can't get the bolt in nicely, a super hard bolt will just make it worse.

Is stainless not a lot harder than mild, so don't you risk mullering the threads? Also, can you not 'persuade' the bolt through the hole on the mani flange with it off the car and then line it up, or will it physically not fit? Craig
