    ok having a second look I've realized you can leave everything, the blue/green and the black can be joined exciting the relay that allows the starter circuit to work, might confuse a later owner if the relay fails, manual micras don't have this relay.

    yellow wire that goes into your shifter now needs to go to the switch on the gearbox, the green/white wire that also went into the shifter now needs to be on the other side of that switch, you will probably need the plug off the donor car
