    2mm is a lot for a 1.0 ! and it makes the lower chain pretty loose. 1 or 1.5mm is well worth it tho and same heads, just different cams

    in short john, the easy 40 to 50mm budget option is suzuki or matiz rear springs on the front. another 40 to 50mm option if you want to try a different damper ratio shocker, is matiz frontshock and front spring with the k11 topmount. and if you want a 50 to 90mm drop, you can lower the perch...

    the matiz front spring is a smaller dia at the bottom john, so spring options are limited really. its 11 coils and very long, so you can grind the weld tacks off and let the perch drop to the bottom (and still be captive) these are the complete legs from the previous pic ^...

    if you fit the shorter corsa rear shocks, there are various options for the rear springs shecky (matiz/suzuki/cut stockies etc) and full matiz front legs with the perches dropped will lower it a bit more than this (because this perch has been raised since, and only 1 leg is fitted)

    best to check with plastigauge really pierce (i use baking foil tbh) and GA16 b/e bearings are the same size iirc and polly used MA mains shells

    i dont think our ecu,s have any long term fuel trim/self learn, and most members who have fitted piggybacks have had to enrich the midrange iirc (stock or modded engine)

    that black plastic screw is an air bleed eeyan, that bypasses the throttleplate and the 2 screws on the throttle position sensor are for adjusting the idle voltage (.46v iirc)

    then its an idle control issue then mate there should be a pressure sensor on the top of the p/s pipe ? that signals the ecu to idle-up
