Installing panhard

'Left' can mean anything, depending on what perspective you're looking at the car from. I did answer your question in the second reply of this thread: It should look exactly as it does in evade's link above. ---dens

    Larger injectors help !

Not the GA16 that you want. Australian-delivered and even JDM GA16 injectors aren't a fit, from memory. UKDM GA16's are different again (198cc I think) and are the only GA16 injectors that'll fit in the standard CG13DE rail. You'll require more than that, since you'll need something to handle...

    Installing panhard

For a whiteline one, the adjustable/threaded end goes on the drivers side of the car. Comparing the stock one and whiteline one as Tyrie mentioned, should give you the best idea of how it's meant to go on. ---dens

1995 Nissan Micra Super S FOR SALE!

This isn't Tyrie's classifieds ad - if he wants to sell his car he can do it in a thread of his own if he wishes. I've already deleted enough off-topic posts in here; I'd rather not have to keep coming back to this. Rachel's also allowed to set whatever price she feels is appropriate for the...

Thanks to the boys that came around to help out with my front lip.

Guys, I just came in here to say: Seriously. ---dens

    New (old) LX turbo

Wheel spin doesn't make you go faster, nor does having to compensate for the car wanting to go where it feels like instead of where you need to steer it. ---dens

    The Micra Picture Thread (pt.2)

I'm going to break the trend and post up neither of mine. ---dens

You don't get much for an engine and gb these days

Wreckers are looking to make the biggest possible margin on the stuff that they're buying and with the hope of onselling it for much more, so if people are willing to let it go for such low prices, what have they got to lose? Take it easy Brendan. ---dens

    Clutch pedal sticking

Haha, frank that is ghetto as anything. I would've thought that pulling a gearbox off would be less drastic than drilling a hole in the gearbox! I'd hate to think of what might happen to some of the filings - you could avoid getting most in but even still, I'd sooner take off the box. You could...

    Clutch pedal sticking

Could be a lack of grease on the shaft which the thrust bearing moves along. It's not a small job but if you separate the box from the engine you could have a look at it while moving the arm by hand to see where it might be sticking. It may be difficult to diagnose without pulling off the box...

    Wtb manual box

Nissan Exa box requires a new engine mount or some reasonable changes to the original mount and to get the starter motor to line up with the micra flywheel, an adapter has to be made so that it will line up when the solenoid kicks in. Driveshafts will be a direct bolt-up, though. ---dens

Yeah it's been a while! And yeah, sure - Send me an SMS or message on here or something. Let's try to keep this on-topic. ;) ---dens

    K11 Rollcage Q

Mick: No worries mate ;) Was a bit of a disaster anyway, but ah well. And yeah, I completely forgot the roof lining is lower in the Super-S to accomodate the whole assembly. Whoops! ---dens

Edit: Preface - What i've said here is wrong. Refer to Mick's post, below. I would say the vast majority don't block the sunroof, unless they have extra cross-bracing above the driver, which most I've seen don't have. Mine wouldn't, but it's not in my Super-S after all...

FS: whole turbo kit, aero parts and interior bits

THREAD HAS BEEN CLEANED UP. The attitudes of some of the people in this thread is simply disgusting. If you're not enquiring about or purchasing items, don't post. It's that simple. For-Sale threads don't require commentary and ndxxx is allowed to set whatever prices he wants to for the items...

What do mechanic use to clean their hands?

Sorry mate, only Admins can do that! You need to put your password into the 'Password' and 'Verify Password' fields for an email change to work from memory, though. Actually I think that goes for any changes you make to the 'My Details' page. Good luck ;) ---dens

What do mechanic use to clean their hands?

This kind of stuff: http://tinyurl.com/3o7ldpw Solvol, Orange Scrub.. all that kinda stuff is easily found at Bursons, R&E's and the like and is infinitely better than using soap. When you say detergent, do you mean dishwashing detergent? Using canned degreaser is more effective than that...
