    PollyMobiles Rebuild

Wow indeed! Golf restored to OEM as new (show) standard & picture 17 of 20 is remarkable for fanatical attention to detail that is beyond my comprehension & “bangernomics” cost reasoning when applied to a 31 year old runabout with an apparent 132K on the clock.

Stainless Steel Exhaust Fit - Worth it?

Avoid the national so called free fit groups that maximise profits by ripping off customers at every opportunity & that includes fitting the lowest priced very low quality aftermarket parts that they can source on the international parts market. I fitted Bosal rear box 26 years ago to my Merc...

Looks like mostly dirty finger grease on handles & door card easily cleaned with a little washing up liquid, hot water, scrubbing brush & elbow grease. Elbow grease vigorously applied could be part of your lockdown daily exercise schedule? Finish off with de-odorant perfumed clothes washing...

    VERY LOW COMPRESSION

Did you do the compression tests with the extra-long corrugated hose connected or not & the throttle plates held wide open? May I suggest to redo the comp tests & get the values more equal & correct before changing cams to enable valid comparison of results & to get the thing running correctly...

    Bent oil dipstick - confused??

An idea for a K11 creative amusing video! As the engine has run with insufficient oil & is damaged, why not see if it can outpace a BMW & drain the oil & run it to destruction @ 8K on video to see how long it takes? ;)

Nissan Micra IG-T100: timing chain or belt?

Throttle & brake hard accelerating showing off driving style. This puts unnecessary extra load wear & tear on the engine, timing chain, transmission, running gear and brakes shortening its useful economic life. This “style” uses extra fuel & creates additional unnecessary climate change...

    Gearbox fill plug
