Deja-vu Exhausts Durability, we bin here before? Quality engineered electro galvanised mild steel exhausts can last as exemplified by my current 22 year old K11 with its Nissan all original (OEM) exhaust still passing MOTs with no issues & I now believe it will outlast the economical useful...

Looks like mostly dirty finger grease on handles & door card easily cleaned with a little washing up liquid, hot water, scrubbing brush & elbow grease. Elbow grease vigorously applied could be part of your lockdown daily exercise schedule? Finish off with de-odorant perfumed clothes washing...

Did you do the compression tests with the extra-long corrugated hose connected or not & the throttle plates held wide open? May I suggest to redo the comp tests & get the values more equal & correct before changing cams to enable valid comparison of results & to get the thing running correctly...

Your improvised intake hose appears to be almost twice as long as the original K11 matched balanced & dynamic harmonic resonant frequency damped air intake assembly that was also OEM positioned at the the battery near side at a significantly less low level at its intake for cooler less...
