I was thinking that. Where would be a good place to start looking?

I'm planning for a new clutch before summer already. It also does it when it's not in gear: Give it a bootfull and the revs are slow to return to tickover.

It happens if I'm accelerating hard between gearchanges: Drop the clutch and the revs take about a second before they start to drop. Is it a problem with the Throttle cable, the butterfly in the TB, or the TPS? Car is a 2001 Coilpack engine 1.0, as you may have guessed ;) Please help!

Yeah, my 2001 5 door 1.0 Sport has the Front/Centre radio antenna.

It could be the spring from the gearstick hanging down and rattling against the centre section.

I quite like the IS200. I had a chance to drive one a few years ago (When I had my Mercedes 190E/W201), and it was very comfy. Complicated as a very complicated thing when it comes to Engine Management etc, mind you (but compared to a Pre 1993 Mercedes most cars are, even my Micra!).

Sorry, I thought he meant Stud pattern/centre bore/offset. They are identical. I'd guess that a set of K11 14" rims would fit without issue, though. I am ready to be corrected.

Hoiked out the front seats and vacuumed the extremely knackered carpets. Wished I could find a half decent drivers seat to replace the "Metal Poking Through The Cushioning" effect seat I have now. :/

The job took me an hour. The hardest part was getting the old nuts off the knackered Rod Ends: After that it was a breeze.

I'd try a new clutch and thrust bearing before I went for a new gearbox, if I were you. And the return spring can be reattached to where it fell from. I keep meaning to do mine, and junk the loose heat shield, but you know how it is when you're a lazy bugger :D
