It could just be an air lock in the cooling system. I don't know the correct way of getting it out for Micra's, though. On the old Pinto powered Ford Sierra you just left the top off the spanny bottle and topped it up until it stopped going down after emptying/flushing the cooling system.
I found water in my passenger footwell; it turned out that the grommet around the wiring from the A pillar to the door had come adrift. A quick wiggle to refit it properly into the bodywork and I'm waterproof again :)
This switch cluster is what I'm talking about.....
There's no illumination, and also the Hazard light doesn't flash (but I don't know if the switch should flash).
Anyone? (Yes, I've tried prising it out with a screwdriver but it won't budge.)
no, but you can make them Quick, and with the suspension set up properly you can out do most other cars on twisty bits. Making a car Fun doesn't always mean "Fast".
Yes, all Micra K11 wheels are the same stud pattern and offset. Some will have 13" rims, later ones have 14", both are 5J. I have 14" rims running 185-55/14 rubber on mine.
OR, the wheels of an Almera will fit, if you find some cheap.
Well, I managed to get a smaller VHF rig for the car, and found that without the center console there's a nice gap under the ash tray....
And the old Boot Mount fits on the bonnet quite well!
So, job jobbed :)

I'd have it, but as I have no back seats it'd be a bit of a waste :)
Yes, the CG13DE cams are a direct swap to the CG10DE. No idea where you get the manifold from: I'm sure someone on here will know, what with the mad Rally boys/Girls on here :)
He did say he doesn't want to change the engine. I'd say cams, manifold, and plugs would be a good start. Then add the adjustable Fuel Regulator and you can get better fuelling with better breathing. Of course there is all manner of headwork that could be done, but what I've suggested can be...
Easy bits to do are remove the "Boom Tube" from the air box and replace the original exhaust manifold with a Tubular one. Slightly more complex is putting the 1.3 cams in the 1.0 engine, and I have heard good results being had by changing the plugs to Bosche Super 4's.
I know! If the corners weren't so sharp I'd be inclined to leave it like that, because trying to undo it is rather...... dodgy (It's tighter than an MP claiming expenses!).
