I've got Spax shocks and springs on the Mighty Orion. A nice ride, although am only on -25mm springs. Coilovers are a much better option and should make the handling even more outstanding on the wee march. Hope they they exceed your handling expectations!!

The 2.0l zetec is a very nice engine, i've not driven one, but have driven the 2.0l MKIII Mondeo and thats a very nice drive. I don't think you'll be disappointed in the car if you're after a reliable, comfortable ride, but they are quite a bore with sweet F/A character!

Brakes is a no, as the PCD of the studs is wrong, K11 is 4x100, P11 is $x114.8 (i think) Suspension won't fit either, the top struts are 3 bolt on a P11, 2 bolt on a K11. Also the P11 has double wishbone suspension, so you got a load of fabrication to get these to fit. Engine mounts need...

2 choices, find another coil pack engine, or find a 1.3 and get the complete engine, gearbox, wiring loom, ecu, out of it. Bit of a pain either way.
