Im not sure about the fog light switch. On the older stalks (the longer thinner ones) the head lights dont work like they should when upgrading the stalk to a almera/primera one. so might cause some issues.

Check the relais, fuse and connectors next to the battery. Ive once fixed a k11 that had the same issues and there it was crud on the contacts on 1 of the plugs next to the battery.

Any new quality clutch shouldnt be to hard to push in if the release bearing is greased up and the cable isnt full of crud

Its most likely an aftermarket alarm so just pull it all out and reconnect any cut wires.

I would start with checking the crank position sensor

No rpm reading is often caused by a bad crank sensor

You can try removing part 10,12 and 14. Those are for the waxstat that holds the throttle open when cold. But they tend to seize up after years and can cause the throttlevalve to stay open a bit. And check for vacuum leaks.

Remove the throttlebody and spray some throttlebody cleaner in it and wipe down with a rag. Watch out for the maf. And the idle air valve can be cleaned the same way but do mark it and make sure it goes back on the same position

I would start with cleaning the throttlebody and idle air valve. And check the throttle cable to see if its not sticking

Can you check the live data with the code reader? Then i would check if you get a rpm reading during cranking

Id start with checking if there are any codes. A 2002 uses odb2 so should be easy to grab the codes with a cheap odb2 reader
