Hello mate I have a set of the fuel system and boot release for sale, came off my Super S.. pm me if you want it... i can send you pics and is in very good condition.

The sequence clicking is ok, as when the key in inserted turn once and it click, turn again it click and the whining noises of the fuel pump engages and the last click nothing happens. im taking the distributor out to look for some moisture or water, taking the cap off and checking the rotor...

Ok everyone! I know i havent been on here in ages, i kinda gave up on the car as i have no time to start the engine... now that i have time i can try again. Since I last posted i removed the starter motor and tested it with a fully charged Almera 2.0 battery and the starter motor whizzes around...

some new information found The battery needs distilled water as there is nothing when i unscrew the caps - will be getting it topped up before the weekend Plus when i put the immobiliser key in and the the key in acc possition its fine but as soon as i turn it to ON position a noise of wooshing...

thanks will try and get a another battery from somewhere. Anything else i need to check about the engine being in the cold weather??
