was just reading through the link frank posted, so would this set up still work with a standard GA16 fly, as the fidanza is slimmer/lighter giving that extra few mm so the gearbox can enter the clutch plate. Or would a standard fly also need to be lightened?

Hey baguete, so what your saying is then that it will all work: 1.6 clutch, pressure plate and flywheel along with the cg13 gearbox? do you have pics of this, if not please do get it on your blog, im interested to see Thanks

Martin, like franks says the flywheel and clutch is not the issue its the spline on the gbox which differs...so really yuo would need a 1.6 box and shafts unless theres another way.....:o anyone????

Franks if the GA flywheel and clutch is used, didnt you mention that the spline from the G-box wont fit even though the rest bolts up...so only way round is with a 1.6 box and custom driveshafts? correct me if im wrong :wasntme:

5w50 will be fine mate, if it worries you that much just get 10w40 and monitor the temps etc. As I said you dont have a oil cooler and believe me temps on a turbo engine are alot hotter which you know. Plus your driving style is something to look out for :laugh:
