Leak in the exhaust somewhere? What were the other readings, i.e. lamdba, etc? It's running pretty rich by the looks of things. Did you make sure the cat was nice and hot before the test? If you've got 2 cats in you should pass it easily. I can get my K11 to pass with just 1!

It's fine if its setup on a dyno. It's still much better than running a stock ECU/map anyway. The K11 runs very lean in the midrange.

Nope that's not true. It'll alter fueling which is miles better than just running a standard 'map' with mods. It helped my SR when it was setup on the dyno to keep the AFR at the right level to produce more power/torque. Edit: Probably unnecessary on yours though Tom.

What are you stuck on? You need to push the cage that came with the new headunit through the hole in the centre console panel that you removed. It's a tight squeeze but should go. Feed the wiring harness through this panel and metal cage then continue! You should then have a harness that plugs...

Already losing out on over £35 and I've not even fitted the thing. This needs to go!

I had this custom performance manifold made for my 1.3 SR recently but have now decided to go down a different route with my car! It's made to a better finish than the Janspeed and has no weak joints, it comes as one piece so is an easy fit. The sidewalls are thicker than the Janspeed...
