Yes, thats what i did, but it seems that some cells cant go under 0, but as you said, it doesnt matter because we never reach those cells.

Thats why i did change the entire loom, interior, sensors, etc from the RHD March to the LHD SuperS but didnt touched the SuperS suspension/steering, i could see that euro stuff was much better. Oh, and converted from auto to manual gearbox...

Nothing that Hylomar Blue cant solve. lol I do have a little oil leak on the oil pressure channel to the head, but just because it doesnt have the metal o-ring that the stock gasket has...

Dont know about the wishbones, but the knuckles and brakes are different...

You better get an old gasket and work from there? And why decompression plate? You can get a thicker metal HG custom made...

Ah, thank you one more time. ;) I think i will aim for 15º total retard on the dizzy because i will run it with RON95, even with a lower CR using a thicker metal HG (1,75mm) i should reduce the chance of detonation.

Yes, 20% is like the line between a normal engine and a "dead" engine, but youre right, they are not good at all. Im not loosing much oil now with 15W40, i dont like mineral oil, but will do for now until i have another good engine. I dont have much oil on the rear bumper, just some tiny little...

Only 3rd cyl is dry, the rest is a bit wet and 2nd cyl is always very wet. That makes sense because this engine dont go like the old SR engine with similar spec, maybe lower compressions when booting but good readings at the test. Ah crap, i will make a good engine from scratch (1.3 with 1.0...

Looks normal to me too, but its strange, last time i did the test, i got around 12,5bar on all cylinders. Yes, i disconnect all the injector plugs, dizzy small plug, hot engine and WOT. I have all the gaps within spec, just have a 260º/10mm inlet cam. Anyway, there is still some oil appearing...

Maybe its the bushes on the lower center crossmember (that holds the front and rear engine mounts) that are worn? Some members had that problem, me, pollyp, frank, etc...

Why nobody wants them? Some years ago they would sell in no time... :eek:

Today i replace the valve steam seals with the engine on place, not that hard using a leakdown tester to hold the valves. :D I hope that the oil consumption problem goes away, otherwise i will have to make another engine... :eek: BTW, did a compression test: 1st cyl: 13,4bar 2nd cyl...

The "problem" is that Paul's dizzy was retarded when the map was done, then the whole ignition map was set to that base timing (more ignition advance to compensate). I can either pull the dizzy back or change the whole map to less 15deg...
