Mine doesnt lock up, but struggles a bit on the 1st turn. After the engine is warm, starts without a problem... o_O

Already done the 1.0 to 1.3 conversion on my grey facelift Micra, retained the 1.0 gearbox/fly/pulley and installed a N15 1.4 clutch, the clutch works great, plug & play. Installed PAS but it had a bent pump pulley, so i changed the pump, but it wont fit properly, i discovered that there are...

Plug and Play, not need to do anything, just install the flywheel and clutch kit. I think that Scopez is using it also, but stock stuff, im using Fidanza 3,1Kg flywheel and XTD Stage 4 clutch kit. Now i will use stock N15 1.4 clutch with stock flywheel on my grey Micra, in 2 days i will post...

I've used sand to quickly remove more metal from the head, then coarse valve grind on both head and block, and at last fine valve grind to smooth the surfaces, looks good to me. :laugh: And yeah, more surface area means more time... :doh: Really? Didnt knew that... Can you move it by hand?

About the clutch bearing, i was going to post a pic today, i have a bearing that looks like that. I tested it on a spare gearbox and seems to be good with the little gap to the diff side, the other way around seems that the bearing rotates a bit when the bearing is pressed against the pressure...

On the last days i was sanding a head and a block on the mirror (actually several mirrors :wasntme:), it takes so much time... :p

Yes, 370cc injectors from SR20DET engine, same as Pollyp injectors, are enough for 290hp... :laugh: I got these injectors like 1 and 1/2 years ago, only now i have the fuel rail done. :o Someone is becoming a boost addict. :p
