Can't comment on that myself really... I've got a rare OEM spoiler painted up waiting to go on but it bonds to the glass... My thoughts would be you can always fill & paint holes if you ever wanna remove the spoiler, tigerseal would goose it up but best getting the opinions of people who have...

Also, for any colour coded bits you need to do I've heard really good things about auto-paint.co.uk from a few people & they sell colour coded paint in rattle cans too! But honestly, for black bits whatever you used on the grilles looks like a good finish so keep it cheap... Wilkinsons is good...
