Just wondering if the fog light surrounds can be taken off on their own or if whole unit needs to come out? Why are they always grey when the grilles are all black?

Right, tryna get dash out as it's an ex smokers car & it's rotten behind there from ashtray dust & car stinks! All unscrewed, centre console out, pod & dials out, pillar covers off... Still struggling. Does wheel or stalks need to come off?

Right, finally got another Micra to replace the one that was sadly written off... It was always my intention to keep the old one & try & repair it if possible... Well, having thought about it, & with my missus needing to replace her clapped out Clio with something more reliable before winter...

What year/model is it? If it's a coil pack it could be that one or more of the coils is on its way out?

Is there any sort of stand alone code reader available at all? Failing that, where can you get the diagnostic program & where would you get a lead to plug into the car?

Can anybody suggest a good, cheap diagnostic! Did have a general one a while back, fitted my missus' Clio but wouldn't fit my micra?
