Sorry for the lame thread but I havn't got a clue about K11 parts. Ive picked up a cg13 to go in my k10, but im gonna need the rest of the drivetrain to fit it. So just wondering if there is any difference in gearboxes from pre-facelift to facelift and if the cg10 and cg13 boxes are...

you can wire up a 5 pin relay which will keep the earth side of the coil connected till you activate the relay and it disconnect the circuit

YUP! theyre nicely made and mega cheap.

just bought these myself and you get a pair of 30mm spacers. though you will need to grind down your 21mm socket to fit the inside the holes to tighten them and some (like mine) came with m12 x 1.5 bolts instead of the m12 x 1.25 tapped holes in the spacer.

The K11 uses the same size nut to hold on the steering wheel as a K10 so most likely the same splines.

been having bad thoughts of getting another motorbike again but would need to sell the micra to fund it. Just wondering what people think my K10 would be worth: stripped interior with EARS motorsport kevlar composite bucket seat, 4 point harness, super S clocks, nardi steering wheel, oil...

have a look on the back of the clocks and follow the lines from the clock and see which multi plug they go to. Havnt got any dials with a clock in to check but it probably just picks up a live feed and earth from something else on the clocks so wont have any extra wires.

for a cheaper alternative, ive picked up a cheap adjustable shift light off ebay with the intention for it to drive a 5 pin relay (instead of the LED) which will cut the earth to the coil. Still gotta test it though and see what the reaction time of the relay is

as long as the MAP sensor gets a vacuum feed from the inlet manifold to alter the ignition timing, it will run fine. I ran my ECC model on bike carbs and it went well (once I plumbed the map sensor in)
