Nah Chris.. That's how it meant to be.. Fog lights should be used when foggy, so it should only work on main beam and full beam. I do not think there is any issue with the fuse or any fault. This is my theory unless someone else have any other ideas or methods to do so.

I'm not sure this is correct but as far as I know you have to keep the car running for 1hr or more in order to try the code again.

My boot lock stopped working after few months too. I took it apart and used glue gun to seal the edges. Worked for few months then stopped again. I got myself a switch from Maplin and wire the daam switch from inside. I took the wire to the front and now I have boot switch near the mirror...
