2003 micra Se Not locking battery draining

When mine went I could hear it constantly clicking like the boot was being opened. Does the boot release switch work when the car is unlocked? Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

2003 micra Se Not locking battery draining

Sounds more like the boot release switch, which would drain the battery and give the warning of a door being open all the time Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

    Micra wont lock

I'd contact Nissan or do a Google search of the issue, the key programming on that particular page is for a 1998 k11 micra. Will be a different procedure for k12 Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

Tried replacing ECU, immobiliser fine, feel like I've tried everything!

I haven't replaced ecu or immobiliser, only nats part I've changed is the combimeter. If ecu and immobiliser are changed, the keys, steering column and combimeter will need reprogramming to the replacement ecu and immobiliser. Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

    Ecu swapping

Will need to be programmed by a specialist with a Nissan consult system as it contains all the immobiliser info. Your used one will conflict with the nats built into your car from your old ecu. Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

    K12 nats

The nats system is built into the ecu, lock transponder, the combimeter(speedo cluster) and the power steering column. I believe a consult 2 system can make some parts be "forgotten" by the nats, but don't hold me to that. Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

Headlight dashboard dipped beam indicator + warning buzzer?

No,there is no indicator on the mk1 clusters for the lights being on. There is also no warning buzzer,as if the lights are left on,the driver door being opened with engine off and lights on,auto shuts the lights off. Sent from my MotoG3 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

Fitting full size SR 16" alloy in the spare wheel well

I have a 16" spare, mines the old type that didn't have the foam part for the jack ect. So those I've sat inside the alloy,an old pair of trackies on the boot floor to stop the wheel scratching, and my socket set on the floor next to the wheel well to raise the boot liner level with the wheel...

    Swap sidelights and indicators

Someone was in the middle of testing this job,but sold the Micra before finishing it. As long as the bulbs used are bright enough for the indicators, cant see why it can't be done, just have to cut the bulb holders off and add new wiring to make the wires long enough to send them where they need...

    2003 K12 cat removal

Think I posted about a while ago. Basically the drivers wheel has to come off, remove the aux belts and then the alternator, then move to the front of the car, undo the exhaust downpipe, then remove the bolts holding the manifold to the block. Drop the manifold and cat from under the car,and then...

    Ecu kit with wiring loom

The PS light should only come and stay in if there is an issue. The column has the ignition and nats system riveted onto it,and would need reprogramming to your new ecu set. I'd contact the Nissan garage that fitted it and let them know they haven't done all they should have after fitting the...

    Ecu kit with wiring loom

Yes the electrical steering column needs to be programmed to the car,id expect that's the reason for the non starting issue as believe it is the main nats immobiliser build into that. I'm from an live in cornwall. Have you googled auto electricians in your area?
