My Blue Turd - K11 Sport

Wire tuck in a K11 should be fairly easy. Hardly any wires in there as it is! Aside from the HT leads, the throttle cable is the most prominent. Not sure what you can do with that since you'll want to maintain a smooth curve to avoid any drag on the cable. A longer cable or some clever...

    Front Disc Thickness

Yeah I won't bother if it requires changing out calipers. It's only because some vented discs came up real cheap from a friend. Wouldn't bother otherwise.

    Front Disc Thickness

I only really asked because someone I know was selling some vented discs. I currently have solid discs.

    Front Disc Thickness

Hi guys, Does anyone know what thickness a front brake disc is expected for a K11 facelift ('99 T reg)? I need to replace mine and was looking at vented discs, but there seems to be some confusion over the thickness the caliper can take. Some motor factors are saying 7mm, some 12mm and others...

    K11 Naming Convention?

The SR was pre '97, Renault didn't get involved with Nissan until 1999, and the P12 Primera was the first car that Nissan built in conjunction with Renault.

    K11 Naming Convention?

No idea why I haven't been getting notifications about this thread. Anyway, the trim levels aside entirely, I was edging more towards the major body styles. The Super S is a trim level, but under a revised naming scheme would still be a K11A/Phase 1. The SR would be a K11B/Phase 1 facelift...

    K11 Naming Convention?

Having spent a lot of time on the Facebook group recently, I've noticed there's a lot of confusion over the various models within the K11 range, especially for new owners. I've heard people talk about 'facelifts', but are actually referring to the pre-facelift with the slightly different grille...

I only really go over there to see Jamie, but he lives in the outskirts so it's not too bad. Occasionally I'll have to drive through it though

Yeah we messed that car up good and proper. Didn't help that we had to use some old seatbelts and the forklift, an engine crane would have been more elegant. That throttle body must have been moved then. We originally left it attached to the engine, but they wanted extra for it, so we whipped...
