Cool what the plans for the engine? If turbo'ing the 1.3 then you are probably better off putting disc setup on the rear but I would spend any money on it until the engine , ecu and tuning are done to assess the braking power needed , I would put the gti-r setup on the front for starters with...

130-140 whp? is it turbo or highly modified the engine? I have 125whp in my ek10 and the gti-r pulsar caliper and 260mm discs and rear drums are well up to the job, actually over kill for a car this light

You need to use the screw on the right hand side turn it clockwise with all lights etc off until it idles about 950-1000rpm. Then use the middle screw to set the idle speed with lights etc on should be about 1000rpm. If you cant get it to idle any lower the unit is broken

Should be ok , all valves are set , I'll go over the vacuum pipes and the distributor,The car was sitting in a garage for over a year ,parts dont just break. I reckon it could be something to do with the higher compression may need a tweek

Right small update I gave it a service today, fresh set of plugs but I am still getting a persistent miss fire up at about 6000k rpm if I take the boost above 0.9bar . I have spent the whole day checking fuel and ignition system and all the usual culprits but I cant get it to stop , any ideas...

I bought a set today NGK BPR7ES , no problems getting them and only one code

Seems alot more eager to pull though with the higher compression. Last results were around 120psi per cylinder. Could I suspect a broken ring land?
