your ecu is diagnostic mode , turn the dial fully anti clockwise with the key out of the ignition then turn the ignition on (dont start the engine) the red and green light should stay lit, start the engine and they go out. You should get no lights at all while the engine is running

If I was you going a big forged build like this is pin the liners like they do with subaru open deck and semi closed deck blocks, or machine an insert and press it into the open deck. In my opinion this along with a proper head stud kit and a good head gasket will make the engine bomb...

I'm just remembering there if that a march r with a rally ecu then the s/c stays on for a certain number of seconds after the throttle is closed, where in the road verion as soon as you close the throttle the s/c disengages. So you might be ok. Take it for a drive see what the boost is like

What Ed meant was some of your vac lines are piped wrong. Any st I have had never had a great idle but drove fine, dont torment yourself and spend hours trying to get it right

As far as I remember those 2 plugs are located under the passenger front seat and I'm not sure what they are for

It doesnt change direction the turbo just bypasses the super charger and they work fine with out the bov

You still have to retain the bypass valve for the system to work, the ssqv is just a blow off valve
