    It should just start every time. You'll need to start looking, ignition barrel switch or gearbox inhibiter would be my first guesses. (assuming you have no stupid aftermarket immobiliser)

    More likely a rod is not connected properly from the handle to lock. You should be able to open it by pushing the lever the rod goes on to. If it doesn't work then look at the lock or just replace it.

    Or bolt a large bit of metal on the the wheelbolts in the hub to hold it.

    Petrol would be better I'd say. Probably cheaper to run with current fuel prices, and the petrol will be ULEZ compliant, the diesel wont be. No regen nonsense to worry about either.

    Might need a new piston if you've been too rough, it needs to be very smooth to seal. A refurb caliper is usually the easiest way. Did you properly bleed them all after? Two man method is a must for problem brake, there should be a clear flow out with no bubble, and keep the reservior topped up...

    Nobody can answer that, it's purely down to how attached to the car you are. My views are that once welding starts to be needed then it's only going to get worse and the car's days are numbered

    Modern car stereos are cheap now for all the toys, you can also upgrade the radio to the nissan satnav one, that has bluetooth, etc too for about the same money.

    I'd guess the 15 is the rim diameter. There should be an "ET" number on the rim somewhere, that's the offset
