I can't get the cross member to line up with the engine brace (metal bay running lengthways under the engine which has two mounts on). Any tips? I've tried using ratchets to line it up with no joy Sent from my CLT-L09 using Micra Sports Club mobile app

Only issue with that is if it needs replacing again. The metal it's riveted to (in most places) is only thin sheet that supports body panels etc. I'll rivet most of it, and spot weld where it mounts to the chassis legs. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Micra Sports Club mobile app
