Have you had the eps change. If someone has changed your eps and somehow fooled the car not to reset it could have bypassed the pairing. If since then you removed and reconnected the battery it would have reset. Where are you located?

They are not plug and play, I would ask for your money back to be honest. You have a NATs issue as the BCM can not recognise the EPS.

I can only fix it by either plugging into the car or the unit it self. I cannot fix remotely sorry.
