Replacing Front Suspension

Wanting to renew the suspension on my K11 here and come across this shock. Just wondering if there is any different between the front left and right shock. They don't seem to have the left option there for the Twin-Tube Gas Oil one. Any advice?

Thinking of changes the spring as well. Anything parts would I also needed for this job?

Not very car person here, probably ended up, buying the parts and send that to the garage.

They're different left and right, kind of like mirror image to each other, you may as well do the top mounts while they're off as well as the springs. Personally I would always go for quality suspension parts, I got all 4 Bilstein B4 shocks for mine for about 240 quid on ebay.
