ive been searching this site for extractors for micra with AC, but they are old postings....just wondering if you can buy now aftermarket extractors which doesnt need mods due to AC....

i am pritty sure that all of them run into the arcon unit but i am pritty sure u can just put a lilttle bend in the pipe and it passes just past the aircon unit dont quote me on this . as it is just what i have read

I fitted a set of impul extractors to mine last week, it did hit the AC, but a few light taps to the pipe and it was clear

You bent Impul extractors to fit with AC? Are you mad? Impul versus AC = impul wins every time.

Haha, i bent the AC pipe, not the extractors, no way i'd even consider doing that

Have a search on here, GTRHOLIC had impuls on his with a heap of pics around, I bought them off him a few weeks ago.

if i recall i got a price on a set of hurricanes and they guy told me that they were to fit a car without aircon and ther wasen't a listing on a set with aircon so yeah

yeah, correct, because the AC pipe hits it, but if you nudge the AC pipe a bit? Anyone that has hurricanes can confirm?

I also had to space out the alternator bracket about 20mm as well.
