K+N Pod

The pod themselves are next to useless, you will be sucking in hot air into the engine which will lower your current HP rating.

However the sollution is simple:
Buy a WRX/Cosworth/EVO vent and build a metal case to fit under it when the hood closes. This will create a form of ram-air and give you a lot more then just a pod.

If you want plans let me know i have built a fair few of them in my time.

i think ill have to post it under the 4sale section.....but its $50, black colour.

They will all work, you just want to get air flow to the air filter. By drawing colder air (not in queensland???) into the engine it will mean a denser air/fuel mix and more power!

The main problem with most pods in the engine bay is the hot air.

check first page of the engine bay thread. I will be sellin my polished alloy cold air box in about a month as it will not work with either setup i am lookin at. There is not the room nor was it designed to run with a turbo or blower.

what are they and how much do you want for them?

pretty sure there the hurricane ones. 4 into 2 into 1.

Not sure prob be lookin around the 300-400 all up with the air box. The extractors alone say 150 or there abouts. They only been on the car for couple months and now going a bigger setup. Will be lookin to sell in about a month or so dependin on the new ecu.
