Tps

Done a search but can't find instructions on how to set the throttle position sensor.

For anybody that has the classic cutting out symptom's check the relay near the battery (marked engine con) for corroded/bad contacts where it plugs in.

I have it only in Russian but hope will be helpful!
It says that it have to be 0.5 Om when the suction valve is closed and 4 Om when it is opened.
You have to do measurements when the engine is off.
1. Remove the connection.
2. Then measure tension both ways: open and close suction valve.
3. If they are different with the above mentioned unscrew ( just a revolution ) two screws and turn front and backwards TPS until you reach the value (?) 0.5 close and 4 open.
4. After that start the engine with unplugged TPS and tune the idle revs. Notice: Tune it little bit higher (around 850-900)because when you switch your lights revs goes down and you`ll lose power!
5. Plug on TPS and smile.
