conversion from 1.3 to 1.6

hi all i am a new member and was looking for some advice on doing a engine conversion on my micra k11. i was thinking of a pulsar ga16 engine. can anyone tell me how hard it is to fit the engine. thanks

Most people seems to go with a turbo conversion of the micra engine rather than an engine transplant for more power. Adding a turbo seems easier than the custom fabrication required for engine mounts, chassis, drive shafts etc.

I don't know of anyone in Australia that has done this conversion. However I am aware a few people on www.micra.org.uk have.

I have a good 1.6 N14 Motor sitting in my workshop, but would still prefer to go Turbo or S/C.
