Hard gear shifting after running on the Motor-way.

Hi, my car is Micra K12 2003 manual. I traveled on the motorway about 120 miles mostly in the 5th gear. At the end of the journey, it was very hard to change gears. The following day after the car was cooled down it was normal. Happened again after running a few miles in the 5th gear. When coming back home gear shifting was impossible and had to stop on the hard shoulder and restart. I could manage to change gears and come back. It happened in February after a long journey. I run about 40 miles per day regularly in urban and suburban areas. But no issues. Only when running long distances it is happening. The clutch was repaired 9000 miles back.
Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the advice. I showed the car to a good mechanic and he checked and told me that the clutch bite point was low and other was air in the clutch system. He adjusted the bite point and bleed the air. Now car runs smooth and no issue after a long drive.
