AV22 caliper bleed nipples

Hi folks would anyone have a good stockist or a pair of good 2nd hand bleed nipples for the AV22 brake calipers.

Iv bought 2 new sets now and both are too short to seal and leak fluid everywhere despite being listed for the GTiR by the manufature

Here's the problem, the distance on from the thread to the cones seat is 2mm shorter than the factory bleed nipple so it isn't sealing, but every part number I find is the same!!

I would grind the lower threads down a bit paul the cone is the only critical part eh

Unfortunately brakes Int is where the new parts came from that don't quite fit. Though iv used then before and always been impressed with them

...comparing images of the m10 x 1.0 screws, BRB880017 seem to have the longest tip length but whether it's long enough I dunno.

as a last resort I'd either clean & reuse the old ones or file afew threads off the new ones to fit as frank mentioned

I've had a good look Paul. I've got 3/4 different types.
There's also 3 types of caliper too by the looks of things
AV22 as you have
Ones from a 100nx 2.0 labelled "0Z8"
And ones from a primera 1.8 and above labelled "2227/3 Lucas"
All same sized calipers but all three bleed nippes are different

Evening gents thank you all for the help.

A few delicate hours with a file but 2.5 threads ground off the stainless bleed screw and it's sealing like a goodun.

Typical they are all different sizes!
