Bought this car April 2006,arrived to Ireland august or september 2006,
It was a one owner car with a genuine 77k kms with documentation to prove it
Payed 425,000yen for it and with Vechicle registration tax and customs duty and Vat the car stood me 3900Euros Roughly

Engine 2
Car getting Serviced, Undersealed Nismo suspension Fitted
All the parts I bought Before the car even arrived
Blitz Dual solinoid Boost Controller
5zigen 14's(The most heavy wheel I've put on a car)
Greddy E-manage Blue and Apexi iridium plugs
Car as it stood One month after arriving to Irish shores
Picture of the lump with Blitz Starlet turbo airfilter
Then I found this Diagram on a maylaysian web forum and proceded to replace, check and double check the position of all vacuum pipes as
These are essential for the bypass control valve for the supercharger to work properly
New full Stainless steel Exhaust fittd as the factory one was rotten at that stage
Oval Tail pipe
Bailey DV26 duel piston dump valve and samco tee piece fitted
Which I eventually removed
Then I stumbled across this and laughed alot becuase it was like ####e rider out of bo-selecta
Then after a few weeks of getting the emanage fitted she melted piston 3 due to the crap fuel in Ireland, car was mapped by ed in the uk on 99octane.
We only had 95octane in Ireland
Pic of the melted piston
So the rebuild started,
While the Engine was out(car was off the road for 2-3months), I ordered a new bpcv, new ht leads distributor cap ,headgasket, head bolts,
crankshaft and camshaft oil seals and conrod bearings, all new from Nissan japan.
Also bought a spare engine, was'nt too happy with look of it so I ripped it apart aswell and used piston 3 from the spare engine to,
build my original block. got the cylinders professionally honed to allow the rings to bed in again
Vid of the first turn of the key

first pics after the rebuild
After that I ordered pipework and an intercooler from the Us as I planed on bringing the car out on track,
wanted to keep intake temps at a minimum on my newly built and run in engine
Here's how the engine looked before starting it
Here's how it looked the day I finished it
here's how the first outing ended up lol
There's alot more in this blog to come the last pic of it in the gravel is from March 2007 so I'll keep updating as I sort out pics and get time to write it up(Y)
