Where is the waterpump?

I was looking at the ga16 of a friend of mine, than i noticed this.

Where is the waterpump pulley ? Even the engine side does not seems to be normal, the pics of ga16 i find are totally different.

Any imput? I feel dumb and astonished

according to nisan4u a normal pulley driven pump should be here

but urs look modified. perhaps the pump cover was blanked over and converted to electric pump elsewhere?

That's the problem, we really dont know, the seller told him it was 100% stock.
