the term in English is power steering,

and yes it is very easy to fit,

i fitted power steering to my 1.3Lx, you have to get all the parts from a car in a scrap yard, INCLUDING the steering CV (the link between the steering rack and the steering collum) as that is different.

another way to do it, i got an electric pump from a Saxo and modded it to fit the micra rack, just means you don't have to do anything to the engine.
