Heres my story...tell me to fight or pay up

I removed my drivers seatbelt to clean, drove car without seatbelt in car, got caught what should i do

they probably cant do you for not wearing a belt that was,nt fitted, but.......they may charge you for removing a belt that the factory had fitted ? (ie, an mot fail infringement)

how far did you drive it and why? not to sound like a knob or anything, but driving without a seat belt really isn't worth it, i have had my life saved at least 4 times by seat belts.

na i mean what were you doing, where did you drive it to? i drove about 3 miles with about half a car, (i had taken everything off it, just bolted in a seat so i could drive it) i needed something from halfords to continue working on the car and i was desperate, the cops stopped me because i had taken off the tax disk (it was in the glove box) but they just gave me a producer for all the missing parts of the car.

as for the fine, it depends, if you fight then you know you will be in the long haul, fighting the police ends up costing more every time, so if it was me i would just pay it, but its up to you.
