HID Kit for a Micra Tempest 52 plate

Hiya, just seeing if this HID kit will work without replacing anything, it's the H4 for the main/lower beam? if not, anyone know where I can get the kit from, thanks.

i have the same kit 10/10 in bad weather there spot on at night they illuminate signs 100 mtr before stock lights!!! v easy to fit just watch the small box that dim dips mount it vertically as ive replaced one due to water ingress ive put a lil silicone sealer on the bottom andy
