I have had many dealings with members on this forum and i would have to say, i have always been fair.

I made it clear that i wanted the full £20 for these especially as i am covering postage. you have not provided me with the full amount so im not sending you the hoses, its the principle rather than the money!

as mentioned via PM I will happily send the funds back and sell the hoses on to someone else...

Why can't he send you like £1.50 and call it fair...would make sense

But i guess if he had to put it up here then i guess hes not the best to deal with as a customer...
