Drivers wiper not working

When driving today the drivers wiper stopped working, passengers works fine.

I can pull the drivers wiper up and down when the car off but not the passengers if that helps

p.s my car is xreg k11

sounds like the spherical joint has fell off, under the scuttle cover joo

Remember loosing the driver's side wiper for the exact same reason on my '92 BMW 525!! Just as easy a fix it would seem!!
