It's better now. It would be an "off-car" adjustable one. It's just that when it's adjusted it doesn't fit onto the car. Better now though I think I did some fiddling.

I should of asked where you put said perch. Frankly this looks cool but I can't even turn lock to lock hahahaha. I'm running 165/60 R14s though. How low do you think I could go profile wise and narrower?

Problem is when I raise the car up to fit the parhard its about 10mm from where it needs to be. I've tried lowering it onto wheel supports but it's still no where close. There's a visible difference in the wheels when cars sitting on the ground...

Only so much I can take of this. I have an intermittent steering wobble. Had the car in the air, don't feel much play in the wheel mind you...wasn't sure if it was a bearing or not? It's not conditional, it happens for a bit and stops, generally only in a straight line. Could it be brake...

In fairness I hope to be back on the road soon in the Golf! Keep an eye out for the fake SDI! ;)

It's just a split panhard with 2 nuts either side and a threaded bar...and some welding.
