Depends how good you are with software i guess, free cad software will let you design it and print it out to test fit and so long as it lets you export to the same format as a machine shop uses you're good to go. Any machine shop with a laser cutter or similar should take your money and it...

If its P0143 its O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 3 which would be rear sensor, id assume. P0011 btw is apparently “A” Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance Bank 1 which can be a few things.

You not like rice krispies ? Fibreglass may be the way to go, but you could probably get the whole piece laser cut and bend it correct specs...guess it depends how you're going about it :)

Good you got it sorted. :) It might sort itself out after its ran for a bit and it'll have been all over the place initially from burning off the extra fuel.

Mine went from fine to non starter overnight, i suspect that was the coil in the dizzy that went. Never looked any further just swapped it out and away it went. :) So yeah I'm with stani on this one.

I believe you can just swap out the valve so long as there's nothing extra damaged (from my limited knowledge on the subject). As you're chucking fuel out, i'd suspect something on the exhaust side of things as well. :)
