well said @Antony , my only query: I have searched and searched on here regarding head bolts and never seen this before?! Whose actually fitted these? I've only just rebuilt my engine and with consultation of various people I fitted standard as they weren't aware of any ARP's that fit.

@infinity how much time/effort was this? And how much do you think its roughly cost in raw materials and what not? I'm always tempted to give some fibre-glassing a go. But then I wuss out and spend more to buy whatever it is already done.

I attempted to flock my own dash. I'm reasonably happy with it, only problem is you can sort of tell it's a £20 quid finish rather than the £100+ finish I'd have got if I got someone to do it properly.

I'm currently in discussion (read argument) with a company supplying my head gasket. They say the cg10/13 head gasket is the correct fitment for my cga3 as well but I'm under the impression they aren't. However they've just sent a cg10/13 one for me to try and I think they have proved me wrong...

Corsa pistons can be used for high or low comp (depending on decking the block or not) but that's for CGA3 engines.

Well no. The longer the pipe the greater the compliance. And coiling drastically increases the length of pipe used. However saying that I am in no way disagreeing with you, I think you could get something like that to work, as Low says its already been done apparently. It's just, in my opinion...

My thoughts and happy to be corrected (also an engineer since we're pointing this out :p): Your cooling coil will massively flex under load which will make your pedal feel horrible; Essentially just like brake fade I guess, admittedly you can overcome this by having a larger wall thickness but...
