    I'm guessing the stalling is MAF or IACV related. This battery business seems like a red herring if the car turns over and starts (but then dies). I would check your MAF readouts like I said before mate :) back probe the MAF signal and let us know what it reads whilst someone revs the engine :)

    I would check maf wires and output signal. Should go from around 0.5 volt at no load to 4.5 at full load.

    Not worth the hassle IMO. If you want to make a manifold I would do an equal length exh Mani if I were you, like the one Nis had made.
