Yay! MOT day today! There goes another £400....four new tyres, a load of brake hoses, a gaiter and some windscreen wipers....but, yet again, nothing that I've done on Blurple...brakes, headlights, seats and seatbelts all good...no rust at all... Still, for another year of Blurple, I don't...

If the stereo's working, the only thing I could think of would be some sort of connection problem to the starter...you might need to stick a multimeter on it and find out where the naughty wires are...

While changing the front pads on Monday, found out that one of my headlights was cracked right the way across (yep, typical...you go to fix one thing and end up finding other stuff that needs fixing....the week before MOT....grrr)...got a pair off eBay for a decent price, delivered and fitted...

I got some niiiiiice new brake pads yesterday...can't wait to fit them on my day off on Monday.... ....said no-one....ever.

So, my gorgeous Fireblade was delivered yesterday...delivery driver sees Blurple on the drive and then goes on to talk about his K10, micras in general and his ratted polo...even shows me photos on his phone (of the cars)...micra, bringing strangers together....ha...

Thanks @Clodo and @MaxK11C ! I had four weeks off work (which was lovely...) but I wasn't allowed to drive or ride my bike (waaa)...got a nice scar though, makes me all "dangerous" looking...and my right ear's still numb...which is weird...
