Yep lol! Took a broken extension and ground a slot out that secure it and used my dads centre less socket set to do the nut! Was hard though lol. And yeah it's on the rubbers because otherwise it will float as my threads don't go down far enough. I need to get some washers and put those underneath.

Wdid? Rode noddies rod....let the haters hate. Then installed it and tidyed the seatbelts up! New mounting points and paper clips to secure the flappy bits Also installed an new dizzy cap because the other one was cracked and the source of my starting issues

Received the rod today! Installed it as soon as I got home from work... Bit of a mare installing but lucky my dad had some specialist tooling and an angle grinder at hand! Love it, definately looks the mutts nutts!
