Removed probable means the have coilovers on the backz, but if your shell is rusty, and the top of the shock is rusty this would be equally as dangerous

Automatic will be fine. The throttle body looks fine to me too. One connector for throttle position sensor and one for the maf sensor

Your engine is not a coilpack, its a dizzy ( distributor type) any 1.3 that doesnt have 4 big blocks on top of the engine will work. In the pic of you engine you have 4 cables going into top of the engine a coilpack has 4 square things. I'd get the engine from the lowest milage car, Apart from...
