I did something like that a few years ago, not the same quality but it was an attempt haha. Problem I had was they weren't bright enough during the day and at night the headlamps drown them out

Spring cup is where the top of the spring fits into on the front. Also unless the rear polo spring fit the original Micra place, you'll probably use stock rear cut springs like people using the corsa coilovers

Just got a new engine, might have to take the head off. If I do will I need new head bolts? I know I'll need a new headgasket

Youd need a bracket welded on front ones, rears You have to measure the Bushing. Also you need a spring cup and top mount, most coilover jobs mod the stock one

Yeah, I'm looking at maybe locking the vanes open or adjustable by cable until I find a sweet spot. I would like to try and control by vacuum but its pretty complicated
Damn, is it worth keeping the turbo or going for a different one? I'll be using a megasquirt ecu, can't find anyone who has tuned variable geometry turbo system though
